Tim Howard is probably the greatest American goalkeeper to ever play. Starting his Major League career in 1997 for the North Jersey Imperials to go on to The MetroStars who most fans know now as the New York Red Bulls. Howard than went overseas to play in the English Premier League in 2003 and eventually came back to the MLS in 2016 to play with the Colorado Rapids.
He played for Manchester United from 2003 to 2006 until Van Der Sar took over and then played for Everton from 2006 to to 2016. Howard was one of Everton’s best goalkeepers with 329 appearances for them. In America Tim Howard is mostly known for his USMNT appearances. He had 121 appearances for the USA team. With many ridiculous saves and keeping the USA team in the running for competitions and saving in them from many defeats. Tim was an amazing keeper.
The Tim Howard rookie card is from the 2003 Upper Deck collection.
